Its so Good that some clubs have tried to outlaw it in competition Hunts...
Covers up to 5 X more Ground in one Sweep!

The "FOOT" style loop is the most innovative loop design in the history of metal detecting.

Over 12,000 have been sold to date and orders are still coming in steadily.

The theory behind the design is called "differential" loop geometry. That is to say, the front half of the loop is positive while the back half remains negative. This allows for better canceling of ground mineralization and ease of pinpointing. All round loops send down a signal in the shape of a cone.

At the maximum detection depth of the loop, this only covers an area about the size of a silver dollar. The Bigfoot sends down a signal shaped like a windshield wiper blade and in the discriminate mode, covers a path equivalent to the length of the loop (eighteen inches).

In the "all metal" mode the Bigfoot detects from the front half of the loop only. This characteristic makes it possible to pinpoint very accurately. White's Eagles and Spectrums have a special setting called "absolute value" which allows for detecting on the full loop in the all metal mode as well.

The Bigfoot attains depths about equivalent to an 8" diameter loop. Its main advantage is that it covers up to 10 times the ground in one sweep and is ideal for searching large areas, such as beaches, ski slopes, fields and parks.

The Bigfoot is showing up in competition hunts across the country, even on plowed fields in England. It is designed for use on all White's DFX, MXT, XLT and Prizm models

Jimmy,

I went to Ganes Creek, AK last week. Wanted to try out the new Hot Shot coil.
Well, it absolutely kicked butt in the tailings in my group.
I found the most gold and the largest piece weighing in at 3 3/4 oz. Nice nugget. The first nugget I found was a one ouncer and later the largest one.
I came away with a total of over 7 oz.
I was using the GMT with the new Hot Shot coil as you can see in the photos.
These are just the biggest ones I got by the third day.
The GMT and Hot Shot coil gave me a real advantage.

Mike

The "FOOT" style loop is the most innovative loop design in the history of metal detecting. Over 4000 have been sold to date and orders are still coming in steadily. ELIMINATOR LOOP

(Click thumbnail to view larger photo)
Another special purpose Applied Creativity loop, designed to eliminate signal interference from 60 cycle transformers, high tension wires, radio frequency and other metal detectors. Because of its size, this six inch loop works great in high trash areas and easily matches the depth of 8 inch plus loops. In fact, in harsh environments it gets much greater depth than your standard loop because it has the ability to operate at a higher sensitivity level with less interference. It doesn't lose coins on edge and pin-pointing is a breeze. It's very sensitive to tiny targets and its ability to handle bad ground mineralization makes it a good prospecting loop. When used in the "all metal mode" this loop does not detect from the top of the coil, thus it can be used under metal fences and playground equipment. When you see it, don't be alarmed by the thickness. That's what makes it work! It is designed for use on White's Pro's, Eagles, Quantums & Spectrums.

Dear Jimmy,
I'm having great success with your Eliminator loop. I'm finally able to hunt in some areas that were previously difficult to hunt because of power lines. Prior to using this coil the interference made it either unhuntable or made me reduce the sensitivity so much there was no chance of finding the deeper coins.

Also there's no more interference from the other guys in our club that have other White's detectors. Finally I can hunt and pinpoint in peace. The Eliminator makes my time more productive in the field.

I found a 1908-S Indian Cent. It was 6 inches deep and tilted. My partner's high-end detector couldn't pick it up. I had the smuggest look on my face.

Sincerely,
Richard F. Horne, Utah

MAGNUM FORCE LOOPS

(Click thumbnail to view larger photo)
Magnum Force Loops are designed by Jim Karbowski for use by Cache and Relic Hunters. Both the 15" and 25" loops are maximized for high sensitivity for larger, deeper targets and are extremely lightweight for their size. Both loops are designed for use on all White's Pro's, Eagle's, Quantums and Spectrums.

The 15" Magnum Force loop is best suited for finding targets in coffee can size or larger and will achieve depths up to 3 to 5 feet depending on the detector used and the size of the target. This loop is a favorite among Relic Hunters.

The Magnum Force 25" loop is the "Big Daddy" of the deep searching loops and is designed for the serious Treasure Hunter. Relic and Cache Hunters can achieve depths of 6 to 9 feet, again depending upon the detector used and the size of the target. Although the 15" Magnum Force Loop may be used in the discriminate mode, such as when relic hunting, large loops perform best in the "all metal" mode and achieve their best depths when searching for larger targets. The 25" loop should only be used in the "all metal" mode following the instructions enclosed with it. For ease of operation, a Sierra Arm Support System is included with the 25" loop. Available for White's 6.59 khz machines JS-MF25 and now available for White's DFX and MXT JS-MF25/X see below for pricing.

DX-1 Probe

DX-1 TARGET PROBE

The DX-1 Target Probe has been developed to satisfy the pinpointing and retrieval needs of DFX/MXT users.

The XL-1 Target Probe has been developed to satisfy the pinpointing and retrieval needs of XLT and other single frequencey Whites Models such as the Quantum,5900, Pro XL etc.

  • Accurate "Bullseye" pinpointing on coin size targets up to 2"+ deep depending on detector used, settings, ground and moisture conditions! This is about 4 x the distance of the standard Bullseye Pinpointers

  • Light weight, waterproof/submersible 9" X 1" diameter probe mounts on top of upper shaft (which has been very popular among Explorer users). DX-1 probe and cable weigh approx. 6 oz. DX-1 switch box, connectors,  cable and two probe clips, etc. weigh approx. 5 oz. - approx. 11 oz total! (Optional box mount probe clip attachment available for those wishing to mount probe along side of detector control housing).

  • While the probes are waterproof the switch box is water resistant and must not be submersed. ( uses the same connectors as White's.)

  • Incorporates all of the same functions as the stock coil including accurate visual and audible target ID along with identical pinpoint functions!

  • High quality custom made, durable probe and connector cable used with identical specifications as White's cable for precision performance! (NOTE: Probe now available in either partially coiled or straight cable (less tangles).

  • Quality high performance toggle switch used for peak performance! (Minimum 100,000 mechanical life operation-as described in manufacturer's specs

  • Toggle switch shuts off coil as it turns probe on and vise versa. Coil and probe are never on at the same time.

  • Conveniently mounted on detector pole attachment in a neutral position (for both right and left hand users) and to prevent toggle from being accidentally switched or bumped by user or damaged by tree limbs, brush, etc. if switch box is brushed or hit during detecting.
  • No external buzzers, vibrators or lights are needed as all target responses are heard clearly through your detector headphones!

  • No extra batteries required ,utilizes the detectors power source.

Sun Ray Invader DX-1 Target Probe Field Test

by David Zabielski

Was fortunate enough to field test the new Sunray DX-1 probe (pinpointer) for the White's DFX/MXT this week. Believe me, it was definately worth the wait. Starting from the beginning, the probe is very easy to install. Not like the Minelab Explorer where the shaft needs to be sent in. It just snaps on and screws in to the existing holes already on the DFX and MXT. It is very well constructed with heavy PVC and a thick cable. Looks to be built to last. The entire installation process takes less than five minutes. No batteries are required, it runs off the detectors batteries. It remains off until you switch it on, at which time the detectors coil is switched off.

As far as actual field test goes, I feel I must say that I was not a big fan of pinpointers, until now that is. I did not like any of the pinpointers I had owned in the past. The list of faults are as follows: falsing when making contact with the ground, going off inside of carrying pouch, falling out of pouch and losing them, poor sensitivity, sounding off on every piece of metal in the hole and leaving them off to the side of the hole after making a recovery and forgetting to pick them back up. I can't tell you how many times that has happened to me. I'd have to spend anywhere's from a minute to an hour backtracking my steps to find the thing. Almost every guy I've ever hunted with has lost at least one probe in the woods.

Now back to the DX-1 probe. NONE of the above apply to this probe. It's sensitivity is outstanding (3-4" on a coin), there is no falsing when you bump it or hit the ground. No sensitivity switch to constantly adjust, no way to lose it. It remains atop the shaft completely out of the way until needed. I could not feel any added weight to the detector while swinging either.

Now for the biggest bonuses. Get this, the probe is actually a small coil. Imagine taking your 5" or 9.5" coil off and just having a 1" coil. That's what you now have right at your fingertips. If your program is discriminating out iron, so will the probe. If you sweep in the hole and there's 3 nails, a quarter and a dime in the hole, as you sweep over each one, the probe will ID it on your VDI as such and through the tones if your Tone ID is on. Next big bonus is it requires no batteries and when switched on your main coil is switched off. This means that there is no longer interference between the probe and detector and the detector, while idle is not constantly chattering.

All in all I have to give it two thumbs up. Sunray did an outstanding job on this and it was definately worth the wait. I could not find a single thing that I did not like about the probe. Contact your nearest Sunray dealer and check it out.
